NAVIGATING THE HEAVYWEIGHTS – MINING TRUCKS TRANSPORTATION
Swire Projects is excited to start the year with a recent success story involving the transportation of five mining dump trucks. These trucks, each weighing 112 tons and totalling approximately 2,915 cubic meters, were mobilised out of Batam, Indonesia, and successfully delivered to our client's distribution yard in Henderson, Western Australia.
Swire Projects managed the ocean transportation, navigating the route from Kabil to Henderson, ensuring a safe and efficient shipment aboard our multipurpose heavy lift vessel, Pacific Innovation (19,600 DWT, 2x240t cranes). Our team engaged in close communication with the client to thoroughly understand their needs and identify effective solutions, ensuring every aspect of the logistics process was meticulously planned and executed.
